Balers
We offer three frame sizes with various sized hopper lengths to suit different applications:
ATS 75 x 75 with hopper lengths of 1000 and 1300mm bale cross section 75 x 75 cm
ATS 110 x 75 with hopper length 1300 - 1600 and 1900 mm bale cross section 110 x 75 cm
ATS 110 x 110 with hopper length 1900mm bale cross section 110 x 110 cm
All the above balers are available with various sized pumps and motors depending upon the capacity required.
Various control options are also available depending upon the range of material being baled. Our standard unit can be pre programed for up to 20 different materials.
All the balers are fully automatic Chanel shear units with the additional option of twin pre -press flaps for low density materials.
Tiers can be supplied as either side or vertical plus cross tie for materials with a high memory.
We have available in the UK over 40 installations covering most options. We would be pleased to arrange site visits to sites best suited to your proposed application.
